Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Some products (e.g., personal care, hygiene items) are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@viralviewcart.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact our support team within 2 days of delivery.
